Personally Designed Training Programs: Training designed to develop all of your personal fitness goals including (running – walking – weight training – basic fitness). All programs include daily routines and goals. Service also includes communication with Joey and any other fitness information.
One on One Personal Training: Meet for one on one personal training sessions 2 to 3 days per week for 50 to 60 minutes. Sessions are completed at ones home, office or one of three local Conejo Valley parks. Each session will focus on areas of the body where the client is looking to improve.
Personalized Running Programs: Marathon, Half Marathon, 10k and 5k training programs designed to fit all of your running goals. Included with these programs are complete muscular and flexibility routines that are important parts to all successful running and conditioning training!
All exercise programs listed above are designed for the specific needs and goals of the person using the program. With all personalized training programs, and running programs I meet with each client to discuss goals of their program then each week communicate by email or phone to discuss training progress. With all one on one training sessions I meet with clients before beginning the first session to discuss type of training and set training goals. For more information please contact me at
