This is why I like to meet with you and find out more about you and your fitness goals. This meeting also allows you to find out more about who I am before thinking about how much training or personal programs will cost. Once you know more about my background and what I can do to help you and, you are able to share some of your goals with me then we can decide what training package best suits you.

Option #1- One Month or 30 Days / 60 min. sessions / total = $760 – 8 sessions or, $1,140 – 12 sessions (join and first 1 sessions FREE)
Option #2- Bi Weekly or 15 Days / 60 min sessions / total = $400 – 4 sessions or, $600 – 6 sessions (join and first 1 sessions FREE)

All personal programs can range from $250-$350 depending on depth and type of program. These are all one time programs NOT one on one personal training. Weekly email and phone contact for questions and progress updates on training.
