With over 10+ years experience Said Fitness is your one stop shop for personal training, running coaching,sports performance training and weight loss! As a Thousand Oaks Trainer I am centrally located close to all Conejo Valley communities, so it’s always a close drive to all training sessions. I service Thousand Oaks, Newbury Park, Westlake Village, Agoura Hills, Moorpark and Simi Valley. All training can take place both outdoors, or indoors depending client goals and workout type.  Our local communities provide much variety in areas to train from parks to trails and much more. However if your type of training calls for the indoors I can meet that need as will. My goal at Said Fitness is to provide you the Best training experience where working out is not just something you do but something you enjoy doing and know why your training works for you.  Instead of having to pay big to play follow the leader and never understand why you train the way you do, enjoy taking part, learning more, and always feeling motivation from what you have accomplished and learned.
